How to Crochet a Cowl in the Round?
Crocheting a Cowl in the Round is simple and gets rid of the need for a seam. If you are neat with your joins in the round, your cowl will look seamless! When you crochet a cowl or a circle scarf in the round the most important thing is to not twist the foundation chain or stitch which will twist the whole cowl as well and you will not be able to join properly.
How wide and long should a crochet cowl be?
The width and length of a cowl are dependent on each other and the type of cowl you are crocheting. This cowl is 11 inches wide and 77 inches long or around since it is meant to be doubled. If your cowl will not be doubled than the length will be significantly less, around 36 inches and wider, enough to cover your neck or be folded.
