FREE Crochet Pullover Sweater Pattern

Madeline was one of my FIRST patterns and I am SO excited to have finally given her an update! This FREE Crochet Pullover Sweater Pattern is now available in sizes XS-3X and is a Lion Brand Kit! How exciting is that?! When Updating Madeline and making my new sample of this Free Crochet Pullover Sweater I used Lion Brand’s Heartland Yarn, one of my favorites! I love my Madeline Sweater even more now in this yarn and I didn’t think that was ever possible! The drape and softness is AMAZING! If you haven’t ever used Lion Brand Heartland I highly Suggest trying it out!

You can purchase your UPDATED ad free, printable crochet pattern PDF from Etsy and Ravelry! The PDF has been updated to my new format, I hope you love it! If you purchased from Ravelry previously you will get an automatic update in your Library! If you purchased on Etsy and would like the update please email or message me with your proof of purchase and I will send you a new copy!

Make sure to Pin The Madeline Sweater to share with your crochet loving friends!

Madeline is also a Lion Brand Kit!

Assembly

Arms
Fold your arms in half and being careful to match the rows on either side, seam up the entire length with your chosen seaming method and finish off. Do not seam too tight.

Body
Lay your front panel on your back panel.
Seam across only attaching the two extensions you made on the front panel (A to B and D to C). Be sure to align your stitches properly.
Now take your arms that you previously assembled and align them with the shoulder of the sweater. Add a stitch marker for the proper armpit location.
Now seam up from the bottom portion of the body of the sweater to where you noted the arm pit location. (F to E and H to H)
When you reach the arm pit you may now seam the sleeve around to attach it to the body of the sweater.
Finish off.
Repeat to attach the second sleeve.
Weave in your ends and turn your sweater right side out, now referred to as the Right Side.
