So I’ve been making peach butter like crazy. My dad planted an insane amount of fruit trees a couple of years back and not they are making fruit like crazy. So the easiest thing I could find for the peaches was peach butter. I’m new to canning. I’ve watch it be done before and I’ve pickled things but the hot water bath has always made me a bit nervous. But there are WAY to many peaches this year to try and eat or they will go to waste. So I’m going for it! I’ve done two batches so far and I’m still figuring it out but it’s happening! I’ll start to write up my recipe and post soon! I just picked maybe another 50 peaches this morning? So hopefully this batch will go a bit more smoothly!
